Payments are processed securely through third-party processors.
Subscription or recurring services will auto-renew unless you cancel.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Praxis does not guarantee error-free operation, uninterrupted access, or the accuracy of any content.
You agree to defend and hold Praxis harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to class action lawsuits. Opt-out instructions will be provided upon request within 30 days of acceptance of these Terms.
Praxis, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of $500 or fees paid to Praxis in the prior three months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and U.S. federal law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sacramento, California.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the full agreement.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control.
Assignment: These Terms are personal to you; Praxis may transfer its rights without consent.
