This course offers comprehensive training on the design of residential wood framed walls and concrete foundation and is based on the 2024 International Residential Code. The course covers wall loading and the design of wall studs, headers and wind uplift connections. Additionally, this course covers foundations with concrete and masonry stem walls as well as concrete and masonry foundation walls.
