The Steps
Step 1 - Purchase License
Complete the purchase for the institutional bundle (click on the "Enroll now" button above).

Step 2 - Submit User Information
After purchase, you have three options:
Option 1: You will receive an email containing a link to submit the names and email addresses of authorized users.
Option 2: You can also submit the name and emails to admin@conventionalframing.com
Option 3: Access the product on the next window after purchase and navigate to the "Next Step: Submit Authorized User Info...". Click on the form link to submit the names and emails.
Step 3 - User Accounts Activated
User accounts are typically activated within 12–24 hours after submission of authorized user information.
Submissions received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Step 4 - Begin Training
Authorized users will receive login instructions and can begin accessing the full Conventional Framing Master Bundle immediately after activation.

Institutional Access provides several advantages over purchasing individual retail bundles, particularly for organizations managing multiple users.

• Code Cycle Continuity
When updated versions of existing modules are released to reflect new IRC code cycles, authorized users receive access to those updated modules during an active access period. Updated modules include their own CEUs which means that users benefit from both the previous CEUs and new CEUs.
• Cost Efficiency
The value of Institutional Access may increase further when new modules based on updated code cycles are developed and released during an active access period, as authorized users may receive access to those newly released modules at no additional cost.
Access to newly released materials applies only during an active Institutional Access period and applies only to modules within the same subject framework as the original bundle.
• User Replacement Flexibility
Authorized users may be replaced if staffing changes occur. When a user leaves, their access can be reassigned to a new authorized user at no additional cost, for the remaining license period.

The International Residential Code (IRC) is updated on a three-year cycle. When updated versions of existing modules are developed and released (as separate products) during an active Institutional Access period, authorized users will receive access to those updated modules at no additional cost.
This applies only to updated versions of modules with the same titles as those included in the original bundle.
Updated code-cycle modules include their own Continuing Education Units (CEUs), providing additional continuing education units during the access period (because the previous CEUs are still valid). Access to newly released materials applies only during an active Institutional Access period.
Release timing and availability of future materials depend on our development schedules and are not guaranteed.
User accounts are typically activated within 12–24 hours after submission of authorized user information.

Access may be renewed to maintain uninterrupted availability. Renewal reminders will be sent prior to expiration. User progress is retained upon renewal.
Institutional Access purchases are non-refundable once authorized user accounts have been activated.
Due to the nature of digital access and administrative setup requirements, refunds are not provided after activation of authorized users.
